Where are you located? TopLine Royalty Boutique is leading plus size fashion brand in Charleston, South Carolina.

Do you offer refunds? 

Yes, our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund plus a 20% restocking fee.

Do you have Plus Size? Yes we have plus size. We currently carry a small collection of  small, medium and large sizes; however, we are working to expand our wardrobe to include more sizes. Our clothing runs true to size and we encourage customers to check product descriptions for detailing regarding the material and fit of an item.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept? We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Apple Pay, ShopPay, Paypal, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Sezzle, Quadpay, and After Pay.  Checks and money orders are not accepted. 

 

What is Sezzle, After Pay, Klarna, ShopPay and etc.? These payment methods are interest-free loan service providers that gives customers the option for their total  to be broken down into a payment of 4 making a payment every two weeks, for 6 weeks until order is paid off.

How will my order be shipped? Your order will be shipped via USPS with tracking number provided at check out. It usually would takes about 3 to 5  days for United States customers. We ship via USPS or UPS for all International base customers. Signature is require when shipment has been deliver. Please keep in mind when placing an order some products/items may be shipped separately due to the location of where the products/items are stocked.

What happen if my shipment is loss? You will be provided with a tracking number at the end of checkout. You will need to contact the USPS or UPS in regards of your shipment. Topline Royalty is not responsible for loss packages.
